	Paper tickets will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for purchase of the airline tickets.
	I agree to all charges listed, including Ticketing and Shipping fees, which are in addition to the airline fare. Ticketing and Shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of any situation that a ticket would be refunded by the airline, i.e., sickness or death of a passenger.
	Applicable Fees will appear as Separate charges on your Card.
	Airline Rules will apply to all changes, cancelations and other ticket concerns.
	Airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE
	Name changes are NEVER permitted under any circumstances
	Airline tickets are NOT transferable to another person
	The card holder MUST be a ticket holder
	We only process tickets with USA Billing Address
	If Changes must be made Airlines required this made before departure date or your ticket(s) will hold no value.
	All shipping fees are assessed per address. If multiple documents are shipped in the same package, only one shipping fee will be assessed. The passenger is responsible for all travel documents and information, including but not limited to: Passports / Visas / Acceptable Identification / Transit Visas / Immunizations required and / or recommended / baggage limitations / state department warnings.
	Passenger/Card Holder is responsible for all cost and charges that may be incurred as a result of any client disputes. Including but not limited to charge backs & Airline Debit memos. Clients that perform back to back or Duplicate bookings are liable for debit memos or penalties enforced by airline. DEFINITIONS:   Double bookings: a duplicate booking back-to-back ticket(ing) - an against-the-rules practice whereby an air ticket is issued round-trip with only one portion to be used. Another is then issued roundtrip, again with only one portion to be used. In effect, this amounts to using one ticket for the outbound part of a trip, and the other for the return. The normal Saturday night stay requirement is then avoided - useful only when two roundtrip tickets are LESS than the cost of a single ticket with no Saturday night stayover The penalties outlined are "minimum" penalties. If you are allowed to change your flight, the penalties may be signif icantly higher due to availability and fares at the time of change and/or additional fees that may be charged by the air carrier. If you fail to show up for your flight, and have not cancelled directly with the airline prior to the flight's departure, your tickets have no value. Requests, information or requirements entered in the message section are not a condition of purchase. All tickets are issued as electronic tickets if possible (auto ticket system). Paper tickets are required by some airlines. Paper Tickets will be shipped to the listed billing address. We charge a nonrefundable shipping fees listed above. Ticketing fees which are applied to your credit card at the time of purchase are NOT a shipping fee since shipping can vary depending on the type of delivery needed. This is a general fee for the cost incurred by the site for providing service.  If your tickets require a faster delivery time or special attention you must contact us and may be required to pay any additional fees. Tickets prices are not guaranteed until ticketed, in the event that your booking can not be ticketed an email will be sent or agent will contact you 48hrs-72hrs (business days). Any changes, cancellations and or modifications made to the original bookings by an airline free the ticketing agency from responsibility of these changes and must me taken up with the air carrier. Client Agrees to respect all Air Carriers Rules/Terms.  Your email address entered will be accepted as your electronic signature. Should you change your email address before your departure date, you are required to advise us of the change. You may purchase flight cancellation and/or interruption insurance for your tickets. This is available by calling Adventure Travel Service, Inc.  at (918)786-7900. You must reconfirm your flights directly with the airlines at least 48 hours prior to departure and return. The airline may be required by the FAA to change the flight number and/or times you are scheduled depart.  By booking online you accept the possibility of system error, or an error on your behalf. By using this site, you are acting as your own travel agent and accept all responsibility for any errors, whether system, information or self. You also accept any penalties that may be incurred to correct a booking you've made. Terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime Passenger/Card Holder is responsible for all cost and charges that may be incurred as a result of any client disputes. Including but not limited to charge backs & Airline Debit memos. In the event of any instance, by booking you accept to be responsible for any charges & accept to cover cost. Ticket and services fees are performed by Adventure Travel Service, Inc. The passenger is responsible for all travel documents and information and special request , including but not limited to:      Passports Visas Transit Visas Immunizations required and/or recommended Baggage limitations State Department Warnings. The Passenger is required to call the airline directly for:                             > Specific Seat Assignments and/or Requests                             > Frequent Flier Miles, Credits Special Meals                             > Any other special requests such as wheelchair, etc. USE OF RESERVATIONS SERVICE The Adventure-travel-inc.com and our Family of sites are travel planning and reservations service is provided solely to assist you in making legitimate travel reservations and in otherwise transacting business with travel-related goods and services, in each case in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
